WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In most cases, a third-party can be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping in Nigeria:
At various times, we may offer free Standard shipping on purchases above a certain amount within Nigeria. Currently, orders over N85,000 get free shipping.
Shipping Fees:
We also offer various shipping times with various fees, which depend on your location and the price of your purchase.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
When ordering from brackettsbeauty.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Import Fees"), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):
Product category and price
Shipping costs and package weight
Customs clearance channel
Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
Import Regulations:
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.
Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
- Some shipments, for example, those to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
