Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you don't; but, you will have to provide your email address to receive notifications about your order once you have placed one.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders will be processed immediately; however, if after 24 hours, you are unsure about the status of an order you have placed, please get in touch.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Upon successful completion of an order, you should get a confirmation page detailing the items of your just-placed order as well as a confirmation email of in the email address you provided while placing the order.

You can track your order from the email you will receive when your items have been dispatched.
Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, after an order has been confirmed, you cannot change your delivery address.
